·        Driver Included: Every car booked through CAR.LO is provided with a professional and verified driver, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for all renters.

      Vehicle Without Driver If renting a self-drive car, customers must provide a guarantor for security. The guarantor must be Lahore-based and reside near the customer’s location.

·        Advance Payment & Security Deposit: To confirm a booking, customers are required to make an advance payment covering the total rental amount per day. If a customer books a car for multiple days, the advance payment will increase accordingly, covering the total cost of the entire rental period. This payment also serves as a security deposit for the car owner or dealer, ensuring a smooth and secure rental process.

·        Refund Policy for Delayed or Canceled Car Delivery: If, for any reason, the car is not provided on time by the car owner or dealer, the customer has the right to request a full refund of their advance payment. CAR.LO ensures that any such refund requests are processed fairly and transparently.
